Our Services. Flo's Auto Repair delivers Towing Service, Roadside Assistance, Mobile Mechanic Services, Auto Repair, Vehicle Recovery. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Flo's Auto Repair and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Flo's Auto Repair may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Flo's Auto Repair arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under WA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in WA for any related dispute.
